Chief executive officer

13B. Chief executive officer



(1) The Authority may appoint a chief executive officer for the term, not
exceeding 5 years, that is specified in the instrument of appointment but is
eligible for re-appointment.

(2) The chief executive officer holds office, subject to this Act, on the
terms and conditions that are specified in the instrument of appointment.
