Validity of acts or decisions of the Authority

13. Validity of acts or decisions of the Authority

An act or decision of the Authority is not invalid by reason only of-

   (a)  a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of a
        member; or

   (b)  a vacancy in the office of member.
