Melbourne Lands Act 1987 - SECT 1
Purpose
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to revoke the permanent reservations and Crown
grants of certain parts of Yarra Park and a public park reserve adjoining that
park and the Yarra Park Primary School Reserve so that those lands can be used
in connection with the widening of Punt Road.
