Annual payment to trustees

3. Annual payment to trustees



(1) In each and every period of twelve months after the date of the
commencement of this Act there shall be paid to the trustees for the time
being under the Agricultural Colleges Acts a sum not exceeding Eight hundred
and eighty-five pounds ten shillings out of any moneys which may hereafter be
provided by Parliament for the purpose.

(2) Every such sum shall be dealt with by such trustees in manner provided for
dealing with moneys received by such trustees as rents for lands demised by
them under the authority of the said Acts.
