30. Trust may levy charge upon land re-subdivided

The costs and expenses incurred by the Trust in relation to the re-subdivision
of lands within the Mid Area (whether incurred before or after the
commencement of this Act) shall be deemed to be incurred in providing capital
works for the supply of water to the Mid Area for the purposes of Division 3A
of Part I of the Principal Act, and the provisions of the said Division shall
with the necessary modifications apply to the making and levying of any charge
made in respect of the re-subdivision of lands within the Mid Area, and, in
particular, with the modifications that any charge shall be made in respect of
the said lands as re-subdivided, and may be made in respect of costs and
expenses both already incurred and to be incurred.
