24. Governor in Council may appoint day on which re-subdivision to take effect



(1) The Governor in Council may on the recommendation of the Minister by Order
published in the Government Gazette declare that on a day specified in the
Order (hereinafter called "the appoint day") the re-subdivision proposed by
the sealed plan and sealed schedule shall be of full force and effect.

(2) As soon as may be after the publication of any Order under this section-

   (a)  the Minister shall cause the sealed plan and sealed schedule to be
        delivered to the Registrar of Titles;

   (b)  the Secretary for Lands shall cause copies of the sealed plan and
        sealed schedule certified by the Minister to be true copies thereof to
        be lodged in the Central Plan Office of the Department of Crown Lands
        and Survey; and

   (c)  the Trust shall cause copies of the sealed plan and sealed schedule to
        be exhibited at the offices of the Trust (where they shall be kept
        exhibited for not less than three months and thereafter made available
        for inspection by any person without fee on request).
