Trust to seal plan and deliver to Minister

23. Trust to seal plan and deliver to Minister

     The Trust shall prepare and affix its seal to a plan and schedule reproducing the plan and schedule as revised in accordance with section 20 and as altered in accordance with the directions (if any) of the Minister (hereinafter called the "sealed plan" and "sealed schedule" respectively) and cause them to be delivered to the Minister.
