Minister to hear appeals

22. Minister to hear appeals



(1) The Minister shall hear any such appeal, and either direct the Trust to
make such alteration to the plan or schedule of adjustments as the Minister
thinks fit, or dismiss the appeal.

(2) The decision of the Minister on any such appeal shall be final.
