Trust to cause revised plan to be publicly exhibited

21. Trust to cause revised plan to be publicly exhibited



(1) The Trust shall cause certified copies of the plan and schedule of
adjustments so revised to be exhibited at the offices of the Trust for a
period of not less than one month.

(2) At least ten days before causing copies of the plan and schedule to be so
exhibited, the Trust shall cause an advertisement to be inserted in a
newspaper circulating generally in the Trust district stating that it intends
to exhibit copies of the plan and schedule as revised in accordance with this
Act for a specified period beginning on a specified day, and that any person
who notified an objection to the original plan or schedule and who is
aggrieved by the fact that the revised plan or schedule does not meet his
objection, and any person who is aggrieved by any alteration of the plan or
the schedule made on the revision, may appeal in writing to the Minister of
Water Supply before the expiration of the specified period against the failure
of the Trust to alter the plan in answer to his objection, or against the
making of the alteration (as the case may be).
