20. Trust to consider objections and revise plan and schedule



(1) After copies of the plan and schedule of adjustments have been exhibited
in accordance with section 18 and copies of the plan and schedule have been
referred to the persons specified in section 19, the Trust shall consider any
objections notified to it and revise the plan and schedule by making such
alterations to them as it thinks fit.

(2) Before making any alteration to the plan or schedule, the Trust shall send
by registered post to any person whose interests would in its opinion be
adversely affected by the proposed alteration and the persons specified in
section 19, a notice setting out the nature of the proposed alteration and
inviting him to notify to the Trust in writing within fourteen days any matter
which he wishes the Trust to consider.

(3) The Trust shall, after revising the plan and schedule, send by registered
post to every person who notified an objection to the Trust within the
specified period a notice stating whether or not the Trust has, in revising
the plan and schedule, made any alteration in answer to the objection, and
that certified copies of the revised plan and schedule are available for
inspection by him at the offices of the Trust.
