Trust to refer plan and schedule to certain authorities

19. Trust to refer plan and schedule to certain authorities

The Trust shall also refer a copy of the plan and schedule of adjustments to
each of the following persons, calling upon them to notify any objections they
have to the plan or schedule to the Trust in writing within twenty-eight days-

   (a)  the Secretary for Lands;

   (b)  the Registrar of Titles;

   (c)  the Commissioner of Land Tax;

   (d)  the Town and Country Planning Board;

   (e)  the State Rivers and Water Supply Commission;

   (f)  the Country Roads Board; and

   (g)  the council of the Shire of Mildura.
