Trust to prepare plan of re-subdivision of Mid Area

16. Trust to prepare plan of re-subdivision of Mid Area



(1) As soon as may be, the Trust shall cause to be prepared a plan of
re-subdivision of all lands within the Mid Area (whether Crown or private
lands) into new allotments.

(2) The plan shall be prepared with the objects of-

   (a)  making it practicable for new allotments to be supplied with water for
        irrigation at reasonable cost; and

   (b)  otherwise improving the disposition of lands in the Mid Area.



(3) The plan may-

   (a)  show any land as not forming part of a new allotment, but as being set
        aside as a street road or channel or for any other purpose; and

   (b)  show any land as not being included in the re-subdivision.
