PART II PROVISIONS RELATING TO RE-SUBDIVISION OF "MID AREA" OF FIRST MILDURA IRRIGATION DISTRICT

Definitions

15. Definitions



(1) In this Part unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-



"encumbrance" means encumbrance within the meaning of the
Transfer of Land Act 1958;



"holding" means all the land in the Mid Area of which the same person is the
owner (whether comprising one or more parcels) but does not include any street
or road which is a public highway or any Trust channel;



"Mid Area" means that part of the First Mildura Irrigation District delineated
in the plan in the Schedule to this Act;



"Register Book" means the Register Book kept under the
Transfer of Land Act 1958;



"Trust" means the First Mildura Irrigation Trust.

(2) The provisions of this Part shall bind the Crown.
