Other amendments of Principal Act

14. Other amendments of Principal Act

The Principal Act shall be amended as follows-

   (a)  in sub-section (4) of section 12C for the expression "sub-section (2)"
        there shall be substituted the expression "sub-sections (2) (3) and
        (4)";

(b) in sections 127, 128 and 129 before the word "debentures"
there shall be inserted the words "mortgage or";

   (c)  in section 134-

(i) before the words "debenture or coupon" there shall be inserted the word
"mortgage"; and
(ii) for the words "holder or holders of any debenture or debentures"
there shall be substituted the words "holder of any mortgage or debenture";
and

(d) in section 139 before the word "debenture" there shall be inserted the
word "mortgage".
