Appeals

88. Appeals



(1) Section 31 of the Abattoir and Meat Inspection Act 1973 continues to apply
to an appeal pending or not finally determined under that Act before the
commencement of this section.

(2) Section 12 of the Poultry Processing Act 1968 continues to apply to an
appeal pending or not finally determined under that Act before the
commencement of this section.

(3) The Authority or an inspector (as the case requires) must do everything
necessary to give effect under this Act to the determination of an appeal to
which subsection (1) or (2) applies.
