Relationship between inspection systems

8. Relationship between inspection systems



(1) Section 7, and any agreement or arrangement existing under it, do not
prevent the performance of a function or duty or the exercise of a power, by
an inspector employed or appointed by the Authority or by a person having the
functions and powers of an inspector.

(2) The Authority does not have to provide an inspection service for a meat
processing facility for which there is an approved inspection service.
