Offence to obstruct an inspector

73. Offence to obstruct an inspector



(1) A person must not obstruct, threaten or intimidate an inspector who is
exercising his or her powers under this Act or the regulations or a person who
is assisting an inspector in the exercise of his or her powers under this Act
or the regulations.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2) A person must not, without lawful excuse, fail to comply with a
prohibition, direction or request of an inspector.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
