Delegation

58. Delegation



(1) The Authority may, by instrument under its common seal, delegate to the
chief executive officer or an inspector, any of the Authority's functions or
powers under this Act or the Seafood Safety Act 2003, other than this power of
delegation.

(2) The chief executive officer may, in writing, delegate to any officer or
employee of the Authority, any of the chief executive officer's powers under
this Act or the Seafood Safety Act 2003, other than this power of delegation.
