Terms and conditions of staff

55. Terms and conditions of staff



(1) The terms and conditions of appointment or employment of the staff of the
Authority are to be those determined by the Authority.

(2) The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister and the consent of
the Minister administering any other Government department or public entity,
make use of the services of any officer or employee of the public service or
of the public entity.

(3) The Minister administering the Government department or public entity from
which the services of the officer or employee have been taken may charge the
Authority for the use of those services.

(4) A person appointed or employed by the Authority is not subject to the
Public Administration Act 2004.
