Payment of members

51. Payment of members



(1) A member of the Authority who is not a-

   (a)  public sector employee; or

   (b)  a member of staff of a municipal council-

is entitled to the remuneration and allowances (if any) fixed by the Minister.

(2) In this section public sector employee has the same meaning as in the
Public Administration Act 2004.
