42B. Breach of licence conditions or restrictions

The holder of a meat transport vehicle licence issued under the regulations
must not-

   (a)  use for the conveyance of any carcass or meat intended for human
        consumption a licensed meat transport vehicle in breach of any
        condition or restriction of the licence; or

   (b)  permit or allow a licensed meat transport vehicle to be used for the
        conveyance of any carcass or meat intended for human consumption in
        breach of any condition or restriction of the licence.

Penalty: For a first offence, 50 penalty units; for a subsequent offence, 100
penalty units. _______________
