Failure to comply with licence conditions or restrictions
41. Failure to comply with licence conditions or restrictions
The holder of a licence under this Act must comply with the conditions or
restrictions specified in that licence. Penalty: First offence 50 penalty
units. Subsequent offence 100 penalty units or 12 months imprisonment or both.
