Ban on sale of meat from knackery

36. Ban on sale of meat from knackery

A person must not, for human consumption, sell or dispose of a carcass from a
knackery or boiling down works. Penalty: First offence 100 penalty units.
Subsequent offence 500 penalty units or 24 months imprisonment or both.
