33. Unauthorised alteration of facility

A licensee must not, without the approval of the Authority, make structural
alterations or additions to any part of a building used for a meat processing
facility. Penalty: First offence 50 penalty units. Subsequent offence 100
penalty units or 24 months imprisonment or both.
