Licence renewal

20. Licence renewal





(1) Subject to subsection (2), the provisions of this Part applying to a new
licence also apply to a renewal of a licence.

(2) The Authority may refuse to renew a licence for a declared facility if-

   (a)  the licence holder has failed to comply with a condition of the
        licence; or

   (b)  the licence holder has not complied with a requirement made by the
        Authority under section 12A; or





   (c)  an audit of the quality assurance program for the facility indicates
        that there has been a failure to comply with the program, or that the
        program is not adequate.
