Requirement to comply with Code of Practice
13E. Requirement to comply with Code of Practice
A licensee must comply with any applicable Code of Practice. Note Failure to
comply with any requirement of an applicable Code of Practice is a ground for
a refusal to renew a licence under section 20(1) or the cancellation or
suspension of a licence under section 22(2). _______________
