Commencement of Code of Practice

13C. Commencement of Code of Practice

A Code of Practice or a provision of a Code of Practice comes into operation
at the beginning of the day on which the Code of Practice is approved by the
Minister or at the beginning of any later day that is expressed in the Code of
Practice as the day on which the Code of Practice or provision comes into
operation.
