Withdrawal or suspension

13. Withdrawal or suspension



(1) The Authority must withdraw or suspend approval for a quality assurance
program by giving written notice of withdrawal or suspension to the licensee,
if the Authority considers that there has been a failure to comply with the
program and the failure is so serious that it cannot be dealt with by
increased monitoring requirements under the program.

(2) A quality assurance program must be taken not to be approved while its
approval is suspended.

(3) The Authority may at any time revoke the suspension of approval of a
quality assurance program by giving written notice of revocation to the
licensee.
