Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 9

Part of land proposed to be proclaimed as a public highway All that piece or
parcel of land being portion of Part 8 of Sec. VIII, parish of Cut-paw-paw,
county of Bourke, situate in the city of Footscray, and bounded as follows:
Commencing at a point on the east side of Whitehall-street which bears east
sixty-six feet from the intersection of west side of Whitehall-street with the
north side of Francis-street; thence by a line East five hundred and
thirty-four feet one inch; thence south-westerly along the old bank of River
Yarra to a point which bears east five hundred and seventy-four feet nine
inches from the intersection of the west side of Whitehall-street with the
south side of Francis-street; thence by lines west five hundred and eight feet
nine inches and north sixty-six feet to the point of commencement.
