Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 7

Land vested in the Commissioners proposed to be transferred to the Vacuum Oil
Company All that piece or parcel of land containing thirteen acres
twenty-three perches and two-tenths of a perch or thereabouts situate at
Yarraville, city of Footscray, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point
on the east side of Whitehall-street, which bears south two hundred and
fifty-nine feet ten inches from the intersection of the prolongation of the
south side of Francis-street with the east side of Whitehall-street; thence S.
65º 46' E. three hundred and eighty-three feet one inch; thence north-easterly
along the old bank of the River Yarra four hundred and forty-six feet and
three-quarters of an inch to a point which bears east five hundred and eight
feet nine inches from the intersection of the prolongation of the south side
of Francis-street with the east side of Whitehall-street; thence east six
hundred and sixty feet seven inches and three-quarters of an inch S. 37º 15'
W. five hundred and sixteen feet eleven inches and one-half of an inch; thence
five hundred and thirty-eight feet five inches and one-quarter of an inch in
an arc of a circle whose radius is six thousand one hundred and seventy feet
and whose chord bears S. 35º 02' W. five hundred and thirty-eight feet one
inch; th ence West five hundred and forty-seven feet and three-quarters of an
inch and north five hundred and ninety-two feet six inches to the point of
