Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 6

Land vested in the Commissioners proposed to be transferred to the Mount Lyell
Company All that piece or parcel of land containing four acres one rood
twenty-four perches and one-half of a perch or thereabouts situate at
Yarraville, city of Footscray, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point
on the south side of Comben-street which bears east six hundred and forty feet
five inches from the intersection of the south side of Comben-street with the
east side of Whitehall-street; thence east seven hundred and forty-two feet
four inches and one-half of an inch S. 37º 15' W. three hundred and forty-nine
feet three inches west six hundred and thirty-seven feet three inches and
one-half of an inch to the old bank of the River Yarra; thence two hundred and
ninety-six feet seven inches north-easterly along the old bank of the River
Yarra to the point of commencement. _______________
