Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 5



Land, in which the Mount Lyell Company is registered as the proprietor of an
estate in fee simple proposed to be transferred to the Commissioners All that
piece or parcel of land situate at Yarraville containing one acre eight
perches or thereabouts, being part Crown allotment 7 and part Crown allotment
6 of Section VIII, parish of Cut-paw-paw, county of Bourke, and bounded as
follows: Commencing at a point on the north side of Comben-street, which bears
east one thousand four hundred and sixty-nine feet eight inches and
three-quarters of an inch from the intersection of the north side of
Comben-street with the east side of Whitehall-street; thence one hundred and
thirty-seven feet ten inches in an arc of a circle whose radius is five
hundred and seventy-five feet, and whose chord bears N. 20º 18' E. one hundred
and thirty-seven feet five inches and three-quarters of an inch; thence by a
line N. 13º 26' E. three hundred and thirty feet; thence twenty-nine feet five
inches in an arc of a circle whose radius is five hundred and seventy-five
feet, and whose chord bears N. 11º 58' E. twenty nine feet five inches; thence
by River-street S. 89º 34' E. ninety-three feet six inches S. 12º 13' W. one
hundred and forty-nine feet six inches S. 15º 10' W. three hundred and
forty-three feet six inches and one-half of an inch; thence by Comben-street
west one hundred and two feet four inches and one-hal f of an inch to the
