Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 15

Land proposed to be transferred to the Mount Lyell Company All that piece or
parcel of land at Yarraville containing one rood thirty-five perches and
one-tenth of a perch or thereabouts, being portion of Comben-street closed and
bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the east side of Whitehall-street
which bears north three hundred and forty-two feet ten inches from the
intersection of the prolongation of the north side of Francis-street with the
east side of Whitehall-street; thence east one thousand four hundred and
sixty-nine feet eight inches and three-quarters of an inch; thence seventeen
feet nine inches and one-half of an inch in an arc of a circle whose radius is
five hundred and seventy-five feet and whose chord bears S. 25º 44' W.
seventeen feet nine inches and one-half of an inch; thence west one thousand
four hundred and sixty-two feet eleven inches; thence north fourteen feet two
inches to the point of commencement. ---------------
