Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 14

Land proposed to be transferred to the Mount Lyell Company All that piece or
parcel of land at Yarraville containing one rood thirty-one perches and
three-tenths of a perch or thereabouts being portion of Comben-street closed,
and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the east side of
Whitehall-street which bears north two hundred and seventy-six feet ten inches
from the intersection of the prolongation of the north side of Francis-street
with the east side of Whitehall-street; thence north fourteen feet two inches
east one thousand three hundred and ninety-five feet seven inches and one-half
of an inch; thence fourteen feet one inch and one-half of an inch in an arc of
a circle whose radius is five hundred and thirty-seven feet four inches and
whose chord bears S. 36º 29' W. fourteen feet one inch and one-half of an
inch; thence S. 37º 15' W. four feet nine inches and one-half of an inch;
thence west one thousand three hundred and eighty-two feet nine inches and
one-half of an inch to the point of commencement. _______________
