Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 13

Land, being portion of the land vested in the Commissioners, over which it is
proposed to grant an easement of carriage way to the Vacuum Oil Company All
that piece or parcel of land situate at Yarraville, city of Footscray, and
bounded as follows: Commencing at a point which bears east eleven hundred and
sixty-nine feet four and one half inches from the intersection of the
prolongation of the south side of Francis-street with the east side of
Whitehall-street; thence by lines east one hundred and eighty-seven feet two
inches, S. 37º 15' W. six hundred and thirty-one feet; thence four hundred and
twenty-three feet ten inches in an arc of a circle whose radius is six
thousand and twenty-one feet and whose chord bears S. 35º 31' W. four hundred
and twenty-three feet nine inches; thence west one hundred and eighty-seven
feet eleven and one half inches; thence five hundred and thirty-eight feet
five and one quarter inches in an arc of a circle whose radius is six thousand
one hundred and seventy feet and whose chord bears N. 35º 02' E. five hundred
and thirty-eight feet one inch; thence N. 37º 15' E. five hundred and sixteen
feet eleven and one-half inches to the point of commencement. _______________
