Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 11

Land as to which it is proposed to issue a Certificate of Title to the Cuming
Smith Company in relation to so much thereof as the said Company is not
already registered as the proprietor All that piece of land containing
nineteen acres three roods four and one-half perches or thereabouts, being
Crown allotment 1 and parts of Crown allotments 2 and 3 of Sec. VIII, parish
of Cut-paw-paw, county of Bourke, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the
north-west angle of Crown allotment 1 of Sec. VIII, parish of Cut-paw-paw;
thence easterly by the south side of Somerville-road one thousand two hundred
and thirteen feet and one-half of an inch; thence S. 18º 50' E. seven hundred
and seventy-seven feet eight inches; thence S. 89º 33' W. one thousand four
hundred and sixty-three feet ten inches to the east side of Whitehall-street;
thence by Whitehall-street eighty-three feet four inches and one-half of an
inch; thence N. 89º 48' E. seven hundred and ninety-three feet seven inches N.
0º 32' W. one hundred and sixty-five feet seven inches S. 89º 38' W. seven
hundred and ninety-two feet to the east side of Whitehall-street; thence four
hundred and ninety-six feet six inches to the point of commencement.
