Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 10

Land being portion of the land vested in the Commissioners, over which it is
proposed to grant an easement of carriage way to the Mount Lyell Company All
that piece or parcel of land situate at Yarraville, city of Footscray, and
bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on north boundary of Comben-street
closed, which bears east one thousand four hundred and sixty-nine feet eight
inches and three-quarters of an inch from the intersection of the east side of
Whitehall-street with the north side of Comben-street; thence by lines east
one hundred and seventy-one feet eight inches and three-quarters of an inch,
S. 13º 26' W. fifty-two feet one inch and one-half of an inch, S. 37º 15' W.
three hundred and sixty-eight feet three inches, west one hundred and
eighty-seven feet two inches, N. 37º 15' E. three hundred and twenty-five feet
four inches and one-half of an inch; thence one hundred and two feet four
inches and one-quarter of an inch in an arc of a circle whose radius is five
hundred and seventy-five feet and whose chord bears N. 32º 09' E. one hundred
and two feet three inches to the point of commencement. _______________
