Melbourne Harbour Trust (Exchange of Lands) Act 1922 - SCHEDULE 1

Land, being portion of the land vested in the Commissioners, proposed to be
proclaimed a public highway All that piece or parcel of land situate at
Yarraville, city of Footscray, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point
on the old bank of the River Yarra, which bears east six hundred feet one inch
from the intersection of the west side of Whitehall-street with the north side
of Francis-street; thence by lines east six hundred and eighty-four feet seven
inches and one-half of an inch, S. 37º 15' W. eighty-two feet eleven inches,
west six hundred and sixty feet seven inches and three-quarters of an inch;
thence north-easterly along the old bank of River Yarra to the point of
