Lands vested in Commissioners under this Act deemed to be purchased

8. Lands vested in Commissioners under this Act deemed to be purchased

Any lands vested in the Commissioners by virtue of this Act shall be deemed to
be lands purchased by the Commissioners pursuant to section forty-nine of the
Melbourne Harbor Trust Act 1915 and may accordingly be dealt with by the
Commissioners in accordance with the provisions of section fifty of the
Melbourne Harbor Trust Act 1915. __________________
