Closing of Comben-street Footscray

6. Closing of Comben-street Footscray

Upon the last of the respective proclamations as public highways of the lands
described in the First Ninth and Second Schedules to this Act the lands now
constituting Comben-street Footscray shall cease to be a public highway and
all rights easements or privileges existing or claimed as regards the said
lands constituting Comben-street either in the public or by any body or person
whatsoever or whomsoever as incident to any past dedication or supposed
dedication thereof or by any past user thereof or by any fiction of law shall
cease and determine and the said lands constituting Comben-street shall vest
as hereinbefore is provided.
