4. Vesting of certain lands in Vacuum Oil Company Proprietary Limited

Notwithstanding anything in the Melbourne Harbor Trust Act 1915 and
notwithstanding that the Mount Lyell Company is the registered proprietor
under the Transfer of Land Acts of the lands described in the Fourth Schedule
to this Act the fee simple of the land described in the Fourth and Seventh
Schedules to this Act together with a right of carriage way over the land
described in the Thirteenth Schedule to this Act and together with the right
to use for sewerage purposes the land described in the Third Schedule to this
Act shall become vested in the Vacuum Oil Company reserving however to the
Commissioners the right to use the land described in the said Thirteenth
Schedule to this Act for railway purposes.
