Vesting of certain lands in Melbourne Harbor Trust Commissioners

2. Vesting of certain lands in Melbourne Harbor Trust Commissioners

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Act law or usage whatsoever or
in any indenture deed agreement instrument or writing whatsoever by whomsoever
made or entered into-

   (a)  such portions of the land described or referred to in the First Second
        Fifth Eighth Ninth Tenth Twelfth and Thirteenth Schedules to this Act
        as are not already vested in the Commissioners are hereby without
        further or other conveyance or transfer than this Act vested in the
        Commissioners freed and discharged from any easements mortgages
        charges or liens heretofore affecting the same respectively but
        subject however to any rights or easements over parts thereof granted
        or created by this Act;







   (b)  the Registrar of Titles must make any recordings in the Register that
        are necessary or expedient because of the vesting of lands in the
        Commissioners in accordance with this Act and the holders of any
        relevant certificate of title must deliver it to the Registrar of
        Titles;
