Vesting of land in First Schedule

3. Vesting of land in First Schedule



(1) The land described in the First Schedule is hereby vested in
the Commissioners upon trust for the purposes of the Melbourne Harbor Trust
Act 1958.

(2) As from the commencement of this Act the Commissioners shall be entitled
to the rents and profits of the said land described in the First Schedule.
