70. Report of performance of psychosurgery
(1) A neurosurgeon who performs psychosurgery on a person must make a written
report to the Psychosurgery Review Board as to the performance of the
operation within three months after the completion of the psychosurgery.
(1A) A psychiatrist who has arranged for a neurosurgeon to perform
psychosurgery on a person must make a written report to the Psychosurgery
Review Board on the results of the operation-
(a) within three months after the completion of the psychosurgery; and
(b) after three months and within 12 months after the completion of the
psychosurgery.
(2) The Psychosurgery Review Board may require any person who has submitted a
report to provide any further information relating to the performance of the
operation or its results as the Psychosurgery Review Board may request.
