Notice of refusal of consent

67. Notice of refusal of consent



(1) Where the Psychosurgery Review Board refuses to give its consent under
section 64(1)(b) the Psychosurgery Review Board must give its reasons in
writing for refusing to give its consent.

(2) The Psychosurgery Review Board must cause notice of its refusal of consent
to be given to-

   (a)  the applicant; and

   (b)  the person in respect of whom the application is made; and

   (c)  the legal representative and advocate if any of the person in respect
        of whom the application is made.
