Proceedings to be closed to the public

61. Proceedings to be closed to the public



(1) Unless subsection (2) applies, proceedings before the Psychosurgery Review
Board are closed to members of the public.

(2) The Psychosurgery Review Board may direct that particular proceedings or
any part of the proceedings are to be open to members of the public if the
Psychosurgery Review Board is satisfied that it would be in the best interests
of the patient or in the public interest.
