Leave of absence for forensic patient
53AC. Leave of absence for forensic patient
A forensic patient who is subject to a supervision order under the Crimes
(Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 may apply for and be
granted leave of absence in accordance with Part 7 of that Act.
