Proceedings to be closed to the public

33. Proceedings to be closed to the public



(1) Unless subsection (2) applies, proceedings before the Board are closed to
members of the public.

(2) The Board may direct that particular proceedings or any part of the
proceedings are to be open to members of the public if the Board is satisfied
that it would be in the best interests of the patient or in the public
interest.
