Statement of reasons

27. Statement of reasons



(1) A party to the proceedings may, by notice in writing given to the Board
within 28 days after the making of a determination, request the Board to give
to that person a statement in writing of reasons for the determination.

(2) The Board must as soon as practicable but in any case within 14 days after
receiving a request under subsection (1) prepare and give a statement of
reasons to that person.
