Staff of the Board

23. Staff of the Board



(1) An executive officer and any employees that are necessary for the proper
functioning of the Board are to be employed under Part 3 of the
Public Administration Act 2004.









(2) The executive officer is, subject to the general control and direction of
the President, to perform such functions and exercise such powers as are
conferred on the executive officer.
